Collection: Hawaiian Coffee

Almost every Hawaiian island grows coffee and the trick is the annual crop producing enough for local roasters to purchase.  With prospects and hope for the 2025 Maui and Kauai coffee crops to come back into production, most will begin harvest in May.  Current stock however has wonderful Waialua and Kona options.  Hawaiian coffees are more earthy and smooth when compared to many oher coffees of the world and instead of brighter citrus flavors, you will find more notes of dried berry and dark chocolate with a clean finish.
