Back for a limited time, this bright and delicious coffee comes from a variety of the Arabica Blue Mountain, Arusha, Mundo Novo, and Bourbon plant types. Many berry flavors pop out while maintaining a smooth coffee base that balances out on our light-medium roast.  Some find this to be similar to hints of brown sugar, raspberry, caramel, and milk chocolate.  

The arabica gene stock in Papua New Guinea (PNG) is considered to be one of the country’s strongest natural assets, not to mention one of the best-preserved typica lineage variety sets in the world.  This coffee is grown by local farmers through sustainability and collaboration programs to benefit the local coffee growing community.
