Depending on regional conditions, season of the harvest, and cupping quality, we are able to bring in amazing limited-supply specialty coffees that offer a full palate of flavor while not losing that smooth traditional coffee base. All of the Arabica variety species, some of the best flavors come from our favorite sub-species of Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai, Mundo Novo, and Typica. Roast profile goals for these coffees will range from light to medium-dark depending on what best highlights the particular bean.
